We accept may plans including:

  • Cigna (PPO, EPO, POS, Cigna Medicare)

  • Aetna (not participating with Premier Care Network, Savings Plus, Community Plans, Coventry/First Health)

  • United Healthcare (not participating with United Medicare plans, Compass, Regional PPO, Core, Core Essential, Charter)

  • Empire BC/BS (some plans excluded; check with the office, no new patients)

  • Oxford (Freedom/Liberty only; not participating with Metro or Garden State)

  • Please provide current insurance and contact information, and bring your insurance card to every visit. If you have an HMO insurance, make sure you have signed up with your doctor (Dr. Binsol, Janicik, or Pearlstein); otherwise, your visit and any referrals given will not get covered.

Please give our office 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. There is a $50 fee for late cancellations or missed appointments. Please note that all Monday appointments will require Friday notification.

Please review our New Financial Policy that you will be asked to sign at check-in.   If you have questions about your bill, please see your insurance EOB and contact your insurance carrier. 

Statements can be viewed and bills paid on the $ tab through the Patient Portal link below.
